What are your power requirements?

For our setup, we require at least 3-5 separate 20 amp circuits within 20 feet of the stage for band usage exclusively.

 

Do we need to rent a stage?

Although a stage is NOT required, it is certainly preferred. If you plan on having a stage, we request a size of at least 16’ deep X 24’ wide.  

If there is no stage, please make sure the band has a flat area with the above dimensions to setup. If the band is setup outside, we require that the space is free of debris, and that the entire area is covered with a tent. If you need recommendations for staging, we are happy to provide you with our preferred vendors.

 

How long do you need to setup/soundcheck?

We require up to 5 hours for load in/sound check prior to performance time.

 

Can you learn songs for my event?

Yes! We learn up to 3 free songs that are included in most of our packages. You can also add on additional song requests for an extra fee. Contact us for a custom quote.

 

How long do you typically play for?

We typically play two to three 45 minute - 1 hour sets with 15-20 minute breaks in between each set. This can be customized with your package.

 

Can you play ceremony and/or cocktail hour music?

Yes! From the ceremony to the reception, we’ve got you covered! We can provide a cocktail trio, solo guitarist, pianist, or saxophonist for your event!

 

Do you have break music available?

Yes. We are happy to play our pre-made break music through our sound system or you are welcome to use your own playlist through our sound system.

 

Should we feed the band?

We request that a meal is provided for each band member and crew for events that are 3+ hours along with plenty of bottled water throughout the event.

 

Do you provide your own equipment?

Yes, we provide our own instruments, sound equipment, and stage lighting.

 

Will you emcee my event?

Yes, we are happy to make any special announcements and emcee your event.

 

What is required to reserve my date?

A 50% non refundable retainer is due with a signed contract at the time of booking.

 

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.

 

Do you travel?

While we are based in DFW, we will happily travel to your event! Contact us for more details and to receive a custom quote.
